Becca has been in practice for over 10 years and is a Gottman trained therapist who loves working with couples through all stages of the relationship: dating and premarital counseling through marriage/committed relationships, and parenting. In addition to couples work she also practices CBT with adult individuals who struggle with anxiety, life transitions, healthy boundaries, and dating. As a wife and mom herself, she understands that there is no such thing as a perfect marriage and can relate to how challenging marriage and parenting can be at times! She offers a direct, yet warm approach with just the right dash of humor.

Jennifer works with couples and individuals with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment/phase of life, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as personal growth. Camille specializes in working with those struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and trauma. She is a certified Pain Reprocessing Therapy practitioner. She is also EMDR-trained and enjoys using it to help clients work through their distress at their own pace. She also specializes in athletic counseling and helps athletes at all levels of competition learn skills to get more enjoyment from their sport and become better competitors.

Erin works with children, teens and adults- providing treatment for anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, trauma, grief, addiction, parenting, and other difficult situations. Erin provides EMDR on a weekly or intensive schedule.

Dr. Bening is a board-certified psychiatrist licensed in Texas, California and New York. She has worked in private practice, addiction medicine and has a special interest in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation due to its effectiveness in treating depression, anxiety and much more with minimal systemic side effects. Working in the eating disorder field since 2008, her vast experience includes various outpatient practices, as well as working in the higher level of care treatment setting. Dr. Carol Grothues provides psychological treatment and evaluation for children through older adults, ages 10 and up, individuals and couples. Dr. Grothues uses an active and directive treatment approach based on cognitive-behavioral therapy, an evidence-based treatment, to bring about life change.
